In this role, John is assisting UDOT in moving into Performance Management. The goal of this effort is to be able to better understand how we are meeting UDOT's Strategic Goals and MAP 21 performance measures. The cross asset model concept offers UDOT a unique way to evaluate funding decisions and predicted performance outcomes across various assets.
